	  Kevin Butt Kevin Butt, General Manager, Environmental, Toyota Motor North America

Kevin Butt is the Regional Environmental Sustainability director of Toyota’s North American Environmental Sustainability Programs. He is responsible for the development of Environmental Sustainability Programs and Regulatory/Legislative development for all of Toyota’s North American operations.

Prior to Butt’s current assignment, he was the general manager/chief environmental and safety officer for Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing for all of Toyota’s Manufacturing operations. Prior to that assignment, Butt served as the assistant general manager of Body Production Engineering for Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, Inc., (TMMNA). He was responsible for Body Engineering for all Toyota’s North American manufacturing operations. Body Engineering consists of Welding, Stamping, and Painting Operations.

Butt serves on several boards including the National Wildlife Habitat Council, Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Foundation, World Wildlife Fund National Council, North American Great Plains Advisory Board and the Yellowstone Park Foundation Board.

He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science from Georgetown College.


Irene Dimitry Irene Dimitry, Vice President, Business Planning and Development, DTE

Irene M. Dimitry is vice president of Business Planning and Development for DTE Energy (NYSE: DTE), a Detroit-based diversified energy company involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide. Its operating units include an electric utility serving 2.1 million customers in Southeastern Michigan and a natural gas utility serving 1.2 million customers in Michigan. The DTE Energy portfolio includes non-utility energy businesses focused on power and industrial projects, natural gas pipelines, gathering and storage, and energy marketing and trading. As one of Michigan's leading corporate citizens, DTE Energy is a force for growth and prosperity in the 450 Michigan communities it serves in a variety of ways, including philanthropy, volunteerism and economic progress.
 
Dimitry is responsible for business planning and generation strategy for DTE Electric, which serves SE Michigan and is one of the country’s largest electric utilities. In addition, she has responsibility for several operating groups which include renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Dimitry joined DTE Energy in 1994, progressing in leadership roles in Marketing, Business Planning, Customer Service, Electric Operations and Corporate Strategy.
 
Dimitry earned an undergraduate degree in business from Wayne State University in Detroit and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
 
Dimitry is a board member for the SE Michigan Region of the American Red Cross and for Michigan Saves, a non?profit organization focused on energy efficiency. She is on the advisory board to the University of Michigan-Dearborn Business School. In 2009, Crain’s Detroit business magazine recognized Dimitry as a “Woman to Watch” in the Detroit metropolitan area.


Manoj Kumar Manoj Kumar, CEO, Powerley

Manoj Kumar is a business strategy and operations professional with 25+ years of experience in driving growth and improving EBITDA for technology companies across the world.

As the CEO of Powerley, Manoj is implementing a vision to proliferate intelligent home solutions through the utility channel. Powerley is working with global utilities to deliver an entirely new smart home experience by blending home energy management and home automation – delivering new levels of efficiency, new consumer experiences and new connected revenue streams. 

Prior to Powerley, Manoj was a Partner at McKinsey & Co.’s Silicon Valley office, helping clients with strategy and operations advice to scale and grow. Prior to McKinsey, Manoj was a Partner at PwC and PRTM (acquired by PwC). And, earlier in his career held engineering roles at Cypress Semiconductor and Allied Signal.

Manoj has earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Semiconductor Physics/Computer Engineering from Michigan State University, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Mangalore University, India.


Sudeep Maitra Sudeep Maitra, Global Director of Strategy and Development, Centrica Connected Home

Sudeep Maitra is the Global Director of Strategy and Development of Centrica Connected Home responsible for the strategy and development agenda, including entry into new geographies and new verticals such as insurance. Previously, he served as Centrica’s Group Strategy Director where he supported the Executive and Board on key strategic decisions including a comprehensive Group strategic review. Before joining Centrica, Sudeep was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company where he had leadership roles in their strategy, utilities and sustainability practices. He also has prior experience in industry and consulting with GE and Arthur Andersen respectively. Sudeep holds an undergraduate degree in engineering, a master’s degree in organisational behaviour and an MBA from INSEAD.

Amena Ali Amena Ali, Chief Revenue Officer, Whisker Labs

Amena Ali is chief revenue officer at Whisker Labs, a wholly owned subsidiary of Earth Networks, dedicated to bringing next generation home energy intelligence technologies to market. In this role, Amena oversees business development, product offerings and implementation, go-to-market initiatives and strategic partnerships for the business. Amena joined the company in 2011 and previously served as CMO. Previously Amena was CMO at Arxan Technologies, and held senior executive level positions at Softek Storage Solutions, EMC Corporation, Legato Systems, OTG Software, and MCI. Amena also spent several years with Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm. She holds a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Yale.

Bryan Christiansen Bryan Christiansen, Chief Operating Officer, Vivint Solar

Bryan Christiansen is Chief Operating Officer at Vivint Solar, a leading full-service residential solar integrator. He brings almost two decades of high-level strategic leadership and on-the-ground tactical experience to his current role.

Prior to joining Vivint Solar, Bryan was Vice President of Operations for Vivint Internet, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivint Smart Home, which provides internet service to consumers in select Utah and Texas markets. Prior to leading Vivint Smart Home’s internet operations, he served as Vivint’s Vice President of Operational Improvement reporting directly to the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.

Before joining Vivint, Bryan was a Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Xerox where he ran a portfolio of 4 businesses in the government healthcare space. In this position, he was responsible for all aspects of the businesses including P&L management, sales, service delivery, and client management. He joined Xerox in 2010 as a key member of the Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) / Xerox acquisition integration team. Prior to working at Xerox, he was a Senior Vice President at ACS running a business in ACS’s Financial Services Group. Bryan has also worked as the Vice President of Operational Strategy for 3 different lines of business at ACS.

Early in his career, Bryan was a Boston-based strategy consultant with Monitor Group. While at Monitor, he gained a wealth of experience developing and implementing growth and turn-around strategies for Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, retail, pharmaceutical, health insurance, and heavy manufacturing industries. Over the years, he has worked in the United States, Great Britain, Mexico, and Europe.

Bryan was a founding board member at Navigator Pointe Academy (NPA), a Utah K-9 public charter school, and served as the school’s board chairman for over 11 years. Under his watch, NPA raised over $5M in bonds, received the highest S&P bond rating of any charter school in Utah (investment grade, BBB), and was recognized as the 2015 Utah Charter School of the Year. Bryan has also served as a member of the executive committee for the non-profit consulting group Inspire, Inc.

Bryan received his bachelor’s degree in business management, emphasis in international finance, from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Duke University.


Mark Cosby Mark Cosby, Director - Business Development, Westar Energy

Mark Cosby leads the business development effort related to customer programs and services for Westar Energy. Mark joined the electric service provider industry in 2014 following marketing and business development leadership roles within the telecommunications and SaaS industries, including companies such as Avaya, Nortel, Editure, and Sprint. Mark currently serves as a volunteer mentor with the Kansas Department of Corrections, facilitating a class on Innovative Business Ventures for inmates in the Lansing Correctional Facility. Mark earned an MBA from the University of Kansas, a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma, and a BA in Theology from Hillsdale College.


Amy Kight Costadone Amy Kight Costadone, Manager, Data Governance and Products, Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E)

Amy Kight Costadone is the Manager of the Data Products and Governance team at PG&E. Amy and team have developed a range of products and programs that make energy data available to empower customers to reduce their usage, foster market innovation, and help California assess and set clean energy policies.  Her team leads and coordinates the strategy, policy, technologies, implementation, and operations of these platforms, which include: the Home and Business Area Networking (HAN) real time data stream, the energy data request program, Building Benchmarking, Green Button Download, and Share My Data (Green Button Connect) platforms.

She is a founding board member of the Green Button Alliance, a group promoting the development, compliance and wide spread adoption of the Green Button Standard, which aims to provide customers with easy access to their energy data. Amy has a degree in business and engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Nancy Cronin Nancy Cronin, Managing Partner, ipCapital Group, Inc.

Nancy Edwards Cronin is a Managing Partner of ipCG. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Nancy serves as an advisor to companies that seek to solve challenges of innovation and intellectual property (IP), grow their business opportunities and increase competitive advantage. Using the ipCapital methodology and bespoke consulting services, Nancy has led engagements to address client issues in areas of IP intelligence, strategy, management, creation, and innovation. Her focus at MW included innovative and remedial technologies and knowledge management. Prior to her employment at Montgomery Watson, Nancy worked for several other international engineering consulting firms, including Radian Corporation, ERM, and Camp Dresser McKee. Nancy received a BS in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology, and an MS in Engineering Science from Harvard University. Nancy is a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Environmental Engineering. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Caltech Alumni Association, and SWRI (Sustainable WasteResources International).


Abigail Daken Abigail Daken, Product Manager, ENERGY STAR HVAC, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

Ms. Daken leads the development of EPA’s innovative connected thermostat specification, which recognizes products that save energy based on how they are used in the homes of actual subscribers.  She also manages the requirements for ENERGY STAR heating, cooling, ventilation and water heating products.   Before joining EPA in 2010, at various times she has done research in Physics and in sustainability, designed electronics, and studied effective standards.  She holds BS and MA degrees in Physics, and a Masters of Engineering and Public Policy.


Eric Danziger Eric Danziger, VP, Business Development, Genability

Eric is a co-founder and Executive Vice President at Genability. Eric oversees the Company's commercial aspects with an emphasis on strategy, business development and finance. Eric also manages Genability’s partner relationships, fundraising efforts, corporate development and SunShot project. Prior to joining Genability, Eric was an investment banker with GulfStar Group, a middle market sell-side M&A firm, and JPMorgan Chase. Erika Diamond Erika Diamond, VP & GM, Energy Markets, Energy Hub, Inc.

Erika has over 15 years of experience in product management, business development, and marketing for clean tech companies and investors. She manages EnergyHub's demand response aggregation business.

Before joining EnergyHub, she was the SVP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Recyclebank, where she developed corporate and industry partnerships and drove development and maintenance of Recyclebank's core products.  Previously, she was head of business development at ThinkEco, where she helped build utility, retail and corporate business while playing a key role in product development.

Erika is the Co-Founder of the Harvard Business School Green Business Alumni Association. She holds a BA in environmental studies from Vassar College, a MESc from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. She is also a member of the advisory council of the NYPrize.


Mauro Dresti Mauro Dresti, Senior Manager, Mass Markets: New Programs & Products, Development & Launch, Southern California Edison

Mauro Dresti has more than 25 years of experience in high-technology development, introduction and management for Fortune 500 and NASDAQ-listed energy and consumer electronics companies.

Prior to returning to Edison after 13 years away, Mr. Dresti was senior product marketing manager for emerging technology in Belkin International’s Greenfields fast-track program for new-technology applications for mobile, consumer electronics and computer devices. Before Belkin, he was senior product manager in Cisco Systems’ Consumer Business Group, and at Cisco-Linksys, Inc., where he drove business strategies around core and emerging home-networking technologies, and contributed to industry standards development.

Earlier, as vice president of Product Management for startup Bitcentral Inc., Mr. Dresti managed the digital television broadcast news vendor’s flagship products, responsible for defining future product offerings, as well as for international call center operations. Mr. Dresti also was senior director at Universal Electronics, Inc., responsible for emerging technology, including the consumer-electronics leader’s award-winning NEVO wireless remote from concept to market.

His energy industry career includes experience with major power supply companies and, primarily, at Edison, where he drove a variety of technology-development projects, including electric vehicle charging, solar energy applications, nuclear monitoring instrumentation, utility retail products, call-center applications and an Internet based energy-use monitoring program for commercial customers.

Originally from Detroit, Mr. Dresti holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA with a technology management concentration. He holds a number of technology patents, as well, pertaining to energy and home networking.

Jordan Frugé Jordan Frugé, Chief Marketing Officer, Sunnova

Jordan Frugé has dedicated more than a decade of his career to the energy industry, particularly renewable energy and energy efficiency. He is co-founder of Sunnova Energy Corp. and oversees all business development and marketing for the company. Prior to Sunnova, he co-founded and served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at SunCap Financial, a residential solar leasing company. He also served as vice president of business development at Standard Renewable Energy, a leading provider of renewable energy and energy-efficiency products and services tailored to customers in residential, commercial and government sectors. Frugé graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial distribution. He also served in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets.


Vineet Ganju Vineet Ganju, VP, Voice & Audio, Conexant

Vineet has 20 years of strategy, marketing and applications experience focused on audio/voice applications. At Conexant, Vineet oversees Conexant's voice and audio solutions development, and has contributed to Conexant's success in becoming a leading provider of voice solutions powering today's "voice as an interface" revolution. Before Conexant, Vineet held senior positions at Silicon Labs, Equiphon and Texas Instruments. Mr. Germano is the Vice President, Enterprise Development and Operations for Jasmine Universe, overseeing the day to day operations of the company, including the development and commercialization of the Jasmine energy management product. Mr. Germano has more than 43 years of experience in the electric and gas utility industry. Prior to his work on Jasmine, Mr. Germano held the position of Vice President of Customer Service for the Long Island Power Authority. In that role, Mr. Germano was responsible for all aspects of the customer facing organizations for the utility, including Customer Service, Billing, Credit and Collections, Meter Reading, Rates, Sales Forecasting, R&D, Major Accounts, Economic Development, and Sales and Marketing. During his tenure at LIPA, Mr. Germano also held leadership roles in a number of local business organizations including Chairman of the Board of HIA-LI and the Long Island Business Development Council, chaired the EPRI member Advisory Board focusing on Smart Grid Research and Development, and served on the Executive Boards of the NYS Smart Grid Consortium, the Advanced Energy Center at Stony Brook University, and the LI Forum for Technology. Over his career, Mr. Germano has also worked in increasingly responsible positions for the Long Island Lighting Company (Lilco), Gibbs and Hill Inc., American Electric Power, and Keyspan Energy. Jeff Hamel Jeff Hamel, Head of North American Energy Partnerships, Nest Labs

Jeff Hamel is the head of North American energy partnerships at Nest Labs, where he works with utility partners to develop customer-focused energy programs that leverage Nest products. Prior to joining Nest, Jeff was the Executive Director for EPRI’s Power Delivery and Utilization team, with responsibilities for growing broad collaboration with global utilities and governmental agencies. Before joining EPRI in 2007, Hamel worked at General Electric for 8 years, and was responsible for managing and leading new growth in GE’s power business. Jeff earned his Bachelors or Science, a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine License, and his commission in the U.S. Naval Reserves while attending Massachusetts Maritime Academy. In addition, Jeff has also earned an MBA from Santa Clara University. Together with his wife and two sons, Jeff resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.


Cullen Hay Cullen Hay, General Manager, U.S. Energy, Direct Energy

Cullen Hay currently serves as Direct Energy's general manager for residential operations for all US markets. His responsibilities entail strategy, market development and earnings delivery for 2 million customers across 18 states. Mr. Hay's career in the energy space has spanned wholesale power trading, commercial and residential retail portfolio management, and consulting in the commercial space over a 20 year career that includes experience at Reliant Energy, GDF Suez Energy Resources, and Nextera Energy Services.


Daniel Herscovici Daniel Herscovici, SVP & GM, Xfinity Home, Comcast Cable

Daniel Herscovici is the general manager and senior vice president of Xfinity Home, the next-generation home security, automation, and energy management solution from Comcast. He is responsible for all aspects of the Xfinity Home business, including operations, strategy, partnerships, and product development.

In this role, Dan has been instrumental in growing the business and launching the Works With Xfinity Home partner program, which curates and integrates industry leading products onto the Xfinity Home platform.

Dan joined Comcast in 2007 as vice president of product management for Comcast's high-speed Internet service. In this role, he conceptualized and led the launch of Xfinity WiFi, which today enables Xfinity Internet customers to access 15 million Wi-Fi hotspots nationwide. He also helped manage the introduction of DOCSIS 3.0 technology, further solidifying Comcast’s market leadership position as one of the fastest Internet service providers in the United States. In addition, he served as vice president and general manager of Xfinity Signature Support, which offered consumers and small business owners outsourced IT services.

Prior to Comcast, Dan spent nine years at Motorola Mobility and several years with Lucent Technologies and Philips Electronics in various product leadership roles.

An entrepreneurial leader with 20 years of experience in product design and execution, finance, and business operations, Dan has a deep understanding of the development of technology-enabled services and consumer electronics. He has issued four U.S. patents, most recently in 2015.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Boston University before continuing his education at Drexel University, where he obtained a Master of Science in mechanical and manufacturing engineering. Dan also holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

A native of New York City, Dan now resides in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife and two children.


Dr. Marissa Hummon Dr. Marissa Hummon, Senior Energy Scientist, Tendril

Marissa Hummon is a senior energy scientist with Tendril, a provider of customer-facing software to the energy industry, based in Boulder, Colorado. Previously, she spent five years at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in the Energy Analysis group. Marissa started her career in grid integration of renewables by looking at some of the core problems with modeling the intermittency and variability of renewable technologies. Before joining Tendril, she worked on quantifying the value of demand response and storage technologies in wholesale electricity markets. She earned her BA in Physics from Colorado College and her PhD in Applied Physics from Harvard University.


Joe Jankosky Joe Jankosky, Global Director, Energy Markets, Intel

Joe Jankosky is the Director for Energy Market Optimization solutions at Intel. In that role, he develops partner ecosystems for utilities to solve their behind-the-meter challenges, gain greater insight into customer loads and resources, increase DSM program participation and improve customer service. He is currently leading an Intel effort to develop a Transactive Energy Platform for the electric utility industry. Before Intel, Joe was the Director of New Verticals for Time Warner Cable’s Intelligent Home platform, driving new businesses in home energy management and home healthcare. He began his career in energy with Southern California Edison, negotiating energy contracts and PPAs, and later leading strategic alliances with service providers in home energy management (e.g. Nest, Alarm.com, TWC). Joe received his BA, MBA and MPA degrees from Stanford, USC and Harvard Universities, respectively.


Deborah Kimberly Deborah Kimberly, VP, Customer Energy Solutions, Austin Energy

Debbie Kimberly joined Austin Energy in January, 2013 as the Vice President of Customer Energy Solutions.  Her organization is responsible for the utility’s energy efficiency and demand response programs, solar program, green building and advanced transportation, market analytics and the key accounts function.

Debbie has worked in the utility industry for over 34 years, and spent more than 22 years at Salt River Project.  She was SRP’s Director of Customer Programs and Marketing, where she had responsibility for energy efficiency product design and implementation; marketing of utility products, price plans and services; measurement & evaluation and market research.   Previous positions included managing SRP’s financial services organization and involvement in public policy and strategic planning initiatives.

She earned her B.A. degree in International Relations from Stanford University and her Master's in International Management from Thunderbird.

Kimberly serves on the EPRI Power Delivery Unit Sector Council, SPEER’s (South Central Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource) Board of Directors (Vice Chair), the Board of Pecan Street Research and the Board of the Association of Women in Energy.  


Robert J. King Robert J. King, President, Good Company Associates

Good Company Associates provides legislative and regulatory, as well as, business development consulting and support services to a range of energy technology and service companies.  King spends the bulk of his time today as North American Policy Advisor to Whisker Labs advocating for energy efficiency and demand response markets.  He previously served as a Vice President of Resource Management International, now Navigant Consulting, and regional director of KENETECH Corporation.  King earlier had a 20-year career in government service. He was the first director of renewable energy programs for the Tennessee Valley Authority, worked for the Lt. Governor and the Governor of Texas, and the Governor of California.  He currently serves as CEO of the Southcentral Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource, and is on the boards of the Gulf Coast Power Association, Advanced Energy Management Alliance, and Mission:data. He is a registered engineer and lobbyist, and trained mediator.  Bob is a graduate of Vanderbilt engineering school, and the LBJ School of Public Affairs, at UT, Austin.


Leesa Lee Leesa Lee, VP Marketing, Bidgely

Leesa heads marketing at Bidgely. Bidgely is the first-of-its-kind consumer application that analyzes utility meter data to provide consumers a real-time breakdown ofthe amount and cost of energy used by appliances in their homes. Leesa has 25 years of experience leading product and marketing at high-growth technology and cleantechcompanies, with recent experience in solar at Enphase Energy, behind-the-meter storage at Stem, and grid-scale storage at Greensmith. Leesa has a degree in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University and an MBA from the U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business.


Ryan J. Lester Ryan J. Lester, Director, IoT Strategy, LogMein

Ryan J. Lester, Director of IoT Strategy at LogMeIn, and his team own the strategic development and implementation for the go to market plan for Xively by LogMeIn, an award-winning IoT Connected Product Management platform. He is passionate about making the IoT easy and helping companies unlock new value through connected products. Prior to this role at LogMeIn, Ryan held various sales, marketing, and product positions at Intel Corporation, Cisco Systems, and Eaton Corporation. Ryan received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, then a SM in Engineering Systems and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Olaf Lohr Olaf Lohr, Director of Business Development, Sonnen, Inc.

Olaf Lohr, born in Chemnitz, Germany, has a background in international businesses and market development with over 14 years of experience in market research, market entry and market expansion into the United States. Olaf is the Director of Business Development for sonnen, Inc. (www.sonnen-batterie.com), the U.S. branch of the sonnen Group a global pioneer and manufacturer of residential and commercial energy storage solutions and provider of energy services. sonnen is headquartered in Bavaria, Germany, and its U.S. headquarters are located in Los Angeles, CA.

As the Director of Business Development at sonnen, Olaf provides leadership for the company’s expansion into the United States. He is primarily focused on developing new energy storage markets for the commercial, utility, and financing sectors through the implementation of pilot projects and key partnerships across the country. He served as the Director of Membership for the Surfrider Foundation for six years after moving to California in 2002. Olaf graduated from the University of Bayreuth with a Masters in Business and Sports Management, holds a dual-citizenship (Germany and USA) and currently lives in San Juan Capistrano, California.

Ann McCabe, a commissioner at the Illinois Commerce Commission since March 2012, focuses on the future of the electric grid modernization, utility/regulatory model, retail electric choice, nuclear waste and cyber security issues. She chairs the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Nuclear Issues Subcommittee and is a member of the Energy Resources and the Environment and Critical Infrastructure Committees. Gregg C. Sayre was appointed Commissioner of the New York State Public Service Commission on June 21, 2012. Mr. Sayre's term began on July 9, 2012. His term runs through February 1, 2018. Prior to starting with the Commission, Mr. Sayre was Associate General Counsel of Frontier Communications Corporation. While at Frontier, Mr. Sayre was responsible for all regulatory legal issues and proceedings in New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Indiana.
 
Mr. Sayre began his career with a law firm in Portland, Oregon. Later, he became an attorney in the Rates Division of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Law Bureau, primarily litigating rate-of-return rate cases filed by electric utilities. After leaving the Pennsylvania Commission, Mr. Sayre worked as a regulatory attorney for the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Cos. Subsequently, he joined Frontier’s predecessor company, Rochester Telephone Corporation.
 
In addition to his employment at Frontier, Mr. Sayre has done extensive work with the New York Bar Association's Public Utility Law Committee. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) appointed Mr. Sayre to the Federal- State Joint Conference on Advanced Telecommunications Services, a forum among the FCC, state regulators, and local and regional entities regarding the deployment of advanced telecommunications capabilities.
