Parks Associates Highlights IoT Strategies for Recurring Revenue and Future for Connected Consumers at 21st-annual CONNECTIONS™ Conference

Recurring revenues from smart home controllers will exceed $1 billion by 2021

Parks Associates will highlight new distribution strategies for smart home and connected entertainment solutions, including insights from Nest Labs, Honeywell, Verizon, ADT, Nortek, and other industry leaders at CONNECTIONS™: The Premier Connected Home Conference, May 23-25, at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. The research firm forecasts nearly 38 million U.S. households will have a smart home controller by 2021, generating over $1.2 billion in recurring service revenue.

The opening session on May 23 at 3:30 pm, “The Future for the Connected Consumer,” addresses consumer awareness and familiarity regarding connected products as well as the value they assign to each value proposition.
